Writing Project: Before and After Company Bio for UR Food N A Jar

A Company Bio

How We Got Started

Fernanda was born and raised in Sao Paulo Brazil, Certified Nutritionist, Personal Trainer and Chef, she is open, friendly, energizing and definitely an inspiring Brazilian who is passionate about nutrition and cooking. One of her biggest passions is to teach about food, nutrition, fitness and how to live a happy healthy life, and above all the superpower of nutrition to achieve optimal health and wellness. She teaches nutrition principles to benefit people’s health, to help prevent diseases and save lives. She loves and respects food, and knows that fresh ingredients have to be used adequately to preserve maximum nutrition.
“All the Food that we use in our kitchen is local, organic, top quality ingredients and seasonal. We only use Glass Containers, why? Because it’s good for you and good for the environment, and keeps food tasting fresh longer. Why organic? Because anything else is just eating a jar of pesticides.  I want you to try my simple and delicious recipes and see how good food can transform your health, shape and fitness permanently” Fernanda Aguiar
